Most manufacturers recommend getting your Air Conditioning System serviced every 2 years or so. Spring time and early summer is when most vehicle owners realize that their A/C is not functioning properly. You should ask your mechanic around March and April when you are in for regular maintenance to give it a test and get ahead of any lingering or unknown problems before it gets too hot.
An Air Conditioning Service is a very involved process which takes at least an hour for diagnostics, and potentially 3 to 5 hours to repair depending on your issue, so allot yourself and your mechanic enough time to do so.
If you would like to have your Air Conditioning checked by our trained technicians, schedule an appointment with us when you're ready.
